Work with Me

Whether you are a high achiever running on pressure, a sensitive soul longing for peace, or someone on a spiritual path seeking deeper clarity. The common thread is this:

You want to feel whole, connected, and in command of your inner world.

Most of us were never taught how to navigate emotion, fear, intuition, or the nervous system. We learned to achieve, perform, self-manage, caretake, suppress, or disconnect. For a time, those strategies worked. Eventually, they stop.

Working with me is a chance to slow down, hear yourself, and build a relationship with the part of you that has always known the way.

This work is structured enough for the practical mind and deep enough for the spiritual heart. It is not therapy. It is not advice-giving. It is inner leadership and emotional healing. And it produces real, lasting change in how you experience yourself and your life.

My Approach

The Aware Union Method™ is the foundation of all my work. It is a structured, three-stage process that integrates the fragmented parts of the self, helping you return to wholeness, clarity, and inner freedom.

It draws on inner-child work, somatic healing, Jungian individuation, Gnostic principles, and shamanic soul retrieval, translating them into a practical, deeply human process that works in real time.

Stage One: Awareness. We bring clear, conscious attention to what is actually happening: the pattern running, the false self behind it, and the original wound beneath it. Most people have spent years managing their symptoms. This stage goes to the source.

Stage Two: Union. We bring unconditional love and compassionate presence to the younger part of you, holding the pain. This is the heart of the work. It is here that shame dissolves, the nervous system settles, and the fragmented self begins to move toward wholeness.

Stage Three: Reintegration. The fragment returns. The pattern loses its charge. The True Authentic Self steps forward to lead. Over time, this becomes your new baseline. Not a peak experience, but a lived reality.

What Happens in a Session

Each session blends clarity and compassion, structure and intuition, presence and guidance. Sessions follow a consistent four-part arc:

01 — We meet what is present. We begin with what is happening in your life right now: the overwhelm, the anxiety, the disconnection, the confusion, the anger, or the stuckness. We do not analyze from a distance. We meet the experience directly, in the body, in the emotion, exactly where it lives.

02 — We map the inner pattern. Behind every struggle is a precise inner architecture. Together, we identify and clearly map three parts:

  • The Inner Critic. The false belief that formed in the moment love became conditional. I am not enough. I am too much. I must earn my place. Naming the belief clearly and tracing its origin is the first step toward dissolving its power.

  • The Soul Fragment. We identify the part of you that retreated into exile when the wound occurred. Sensitive, creative, intuitive, and very much alive, it has been waiting, sometimes for decades, for someone to come back for it.

  • The False Self. The mask that rose to replace it. The Achiever. The People Pleaser, the Perfectionist. Whichever pattern learned to seek love, approval, and safety from the outside world, because the inner connection had been lost.

Seeing all three parts clearly, without judgment, is itself profoundly liberating. Most people have spent years at war with these parts. Understanding them changes everything.

03 — We listen for the inner child. This is where the work becomes something difficult to describe until you experience it.

I work as a facilitator and inner child whisperer. I am attuned to the language of the younger self, which rarely speaks in complete sentences or logical arguments. It speaks in images, sensations, emotions, and fragments of memory. In session, I listen for what the inner child is trying to express, often before the conscious mind can find words for it, and I help give it a voice.

This is a meeting, genuine, unhurried, and compassionate, between you and the part of yourself that has been waiting in exile.

04 — We facilitate Soul Retrieval. When the fragment has been found and met with presence, something becomes possible that was not possible before: it can be asked whether it is ready to come home.

I facilitate this process directly by inviting the Soul Fragment to reunite with you in the current timeline, to leave the underworld of the past and step into the life you are living now. This is not a metaphor. It is a real energetic and psychological shift, experienced in the body, that clients describe as a release, a softening, a return of something they had not realized was missing.

Not every session arrives at full retrieval. The work moves at the pace of the fragment, not the mind. But every session moves toward it.

05 — Integration. Soul retrieval opens a door. Integration is the process of walking through it.

In the period following a retrieval, the psyche reorganizes. Old patterns lose their charge. Emotions that were frozen begin to move. A new inner spaciousness emerges. This phase requires gentleness, patience, and continued support. And it is where many of the most significant shifts quietly take root.

We tend this process together, ensuring that what has returned is welcomed, stabilized, and given room to settle into your life.

06 — The Gifts of the Soul Emerge. As integration deepens over time, something begins to happen that no amount of ego-striving could produce.

The unique gifts of your soul. The creativity, the intuition, the authentic voice, the sense of purpose, the capacity for genuine joy and connection begin to surface and strengthen. These were not lost. They were held in exile by the fragment, waiting for exactly this moment.

What returns with the fragment is not just relief from the wound. It is the fullness of who you were always meant to be.

What You Can Expect Over Time

Transformation through this work is cumulative and real. Clients consistently report:

In the early weeks: A sense of being genuinely heard, often for the first time. Initial relief as the nervous system begins to settle. Growing awareness of patterns that were previously invisible.

Over the first months: Reduced reactivity and emotional overwhelm. Increased clarity and self-trust. The beginning of genuine boundary-setting. Old patterns are losing their automatic quality.

Over time: A calmer, more regulated nervous system as a new baseline. Deeper intuition and the confidence to follow it. The collapse of long-standing patterns. Grounded confidence and authentic presence. A life that feels aligned from the inside out.

This work does not produce quick fixes. It produces lasting change — in how you feel, how you relate, and how you lead your own life.

The most powerful way to dissolve an ego wound is when it is activated. Real-time support allows us to connect as soon as a pattern arises. This could be in the middle of a difficult conversation, a triggering moment in a relationship, or an emotional storm. This accelerates transformation significantly because you learn to shift at exactly the moment the old response is pulling hardest. It is emotional strength training in real time. It’s faster, more precise, and more lasting.

My Client Philosophy

Because of the nature of this work and the level of attunement and presence I bring to each person, I work with a limited number of clients at any given time.

I do not offer quick fixes. This work requires emotional honesty, a willingness to look inward, compassion for the younger parts of yourself, and a genuine commitment to the process. For this reason, I work with clients in an ongoing capacity, allowing the work to unfold safely, steadily, and at the depth required for real transformation.

This is not a transaction. It is a partnership. And I choose it with care on both sides.

How to Begin

Before we work together, I offer a brief introductory conversation to ensure the fit is right for you, for the integrity of the work, and for my ability to support you fully.

This is not a sales call. It is a genuine first meeting, and it matters.

If you feel called to this work and are ready to commit to your inner path, I invite you to take the next step.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this therapy? No. This work is not psychotherapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. It is inner leadership and emotional healing. It is a structured, evidence-informed process for returning to wholeness. If you are currently working with a therapist, this work can complement that process beautifully.

How long does the work take? This varies by person and by the depth of what is being addressed. Most clients find that meaningful shifts begin within the first few sessions, while deeper structural change unfolds over months of consistent work. I will give you my honest assessment of what I observe and what I believe will serve you best.

Do you work online? Yes. I can work by phone or via Zoom.

What if I have never done inner work before? You do not need any prior experience. Many of my most committed clients came to this work with no background in psychology or spirituality, only a genuine sense that something needed to change. That is enough.

What if I have done a lot of inner work and feel stuck? This is one of the most common profiles I work with. If you have read the books, done the therapy, attended the workshops, and still feel like something essential is missing, this work goes to a level that most approaches do not reach. The Soul Fragment is not healed by insight alone. It requires something different, and that is precisely what this method offers.
